New shirts are here
Here is what the new shirt design is:
I call it “City Life” and it’s now available at Bandcamp.
It's possible that you will enjoy this.
I got an email recently from a guy in this band. Even though he didn’t order me to listen to his music, I did anyway and it’s really good.

This is a link to another interview.
Interview for CVLT Nation
Here it is.
Internet Things
A few days ago I was contacted by a moderator for the “Post-Rock” subreddit (don’t pretend like you don’t know what Reddit is) wondering if I was interested in doing an “Ask me anything.” Well, I’ll be on r/postrock starting around 2pm Eastern time this afternoon. Depending on the reaction I’ll be there for a few hours or a few days or a few...
Shirts back in stock
The Cosmoscean shirt is available in Medium and Large again. Thanks for the patience! Also, I know I’ve been saying that I’ll have a new shirt design in soon for a while, but this time I mean it. We’ve just finalized the design and should be sending it to get screened either by the end of this week or early next. So I expect to have them in sometime around the beginning of...

Merry/Happy
I’m a fairly reflective person by nature, but since this is the socially acceptable time of year to be reflective, I thought I would share a little thought I had recently.
I have always maintained in my head that if Cloudkicker hadn’t taken off and people never gave a crap about the music I made that things would be roughly the same for me, minus a few instances of my name appearing...
All right, vinyl!
The 10” Let Yourself Be Huge LPs came yesterday afternoon! They come in a gatefold, reverseboard-printed jacket pressed on this awesome transparent color called “Coke-bottle Green” which pretty much looks exactly what it sounds like. Really cool, here are pictures:
Wallpapers
Charlie from Three Bears (he did the art for Huge) sent me THIS LINK to a .zip file containing a whole bunch of different sized “Let Yourself Be Huge” wallpaper images. Apparently there are those that have been emailing them requesting this (repeatedly).
Just so you know...
This is what my “shipping floor” looks like:
Judging by some of the emails I get, there are those that think I have a department of people handling these orders (presumably in a giant open warehouse below an office full of people, phones ringing constantly in the background like a 1970s-era newspaper office, all dressed in sharply pressed jumpsuits). It’s just me, everybody....

Let Yourself Be Huge & Loop
In light of certain shipments making their way to my door ahead of schedule, I just don’t see any point in waiting until the 22nd.
Kindly make your way to Bandcamp and listen to “Let Yourself Be Huge” and its companion and/or sidekick “Loop”.
Read on for shipping minutiae:
CDs will be in the mail starting tomorrow afternoon. Both the posters and the new shirts will...
Beacons on Vinyl
Beacons LPs are now back in stock. The second pressing is on black vinyl, and is a dollar cheaper.
I updated the equipment post, for those that are interested.

I did this podcast a little while ago with Ray Harkins (of Taken fame) and friends. It was fun, and we touched on way more topics than just the typical “how much do you like Meshuggah?”. If you like it, check out some of their other ones. I heard about cool things like Washed Out and Drive and the newest Saves the Day album from doing this so maybe you’ll learn about some new...

LPs
After many more inquiries from interested audiophiles than I had anticipated and some time to take care of what’s next, I am going to do a second run of Beacons on vinyl. I have just started the process of getting this done, and I expect to be able to offer them sometime in mid-November or early December.
Thanks again everyone for your continued suport and for the incredible outpouring of...

Issues
I shut down the merch section temporarily because I discovered that some of my shipping supplies had run out. Usually it wouldn’t be a big deal, but I haven’t been home that much in the past two weeks and I just haven’t had time to restock. I intend to have things up again by the 3rd of August, just to save myself the headache of having orders pile up while I’m away from...
Merch winding down.
I’m not going to reorder any merch once I sell what I have. This will give me a chance to move on to the next thing, and be able to devote more time to doing so.
So! If you’ve been procrastinating, this is your two-minute warning. Here’s my inventory as of today (July 14):
27 LPs & more CDs than I’ll ever sell
Mechahedron Shirt:
22 Small
1 Medium
9 Large

Hello
It looks like “It’s inside me, and I’m inside it.” has been received positively, that’s awesome! You know what is less awesome? Apparently I get 100 downloads on Soundcloud and that’s it. Sorry about that, I didn’t know that was the deal. I totally understand that hosting stuff isn’t free and bandwidth and etc, but I really don’t want to pay...

I'm looking at you, Northern Australia.
In that interview I posted the other day one of the guys asked me about where I had shipped Cloudkicker things. That got me thinking about just how many countries I had shipped to, so I decided to tally them up. It would be even cooler if the color was a darker shade depending on how many orders went there, but this was the best I could find with a cursory Google search. If you know anyone in...

I had a dream about this song a couple weeks ago. Since then, this album is the only thing I’ve been listening to. Literally. It’s one of those records that I find myself constantly thinking about...
